"I highly recommended State Farm until they dropped my insurance for no reason, I had a accident that was not even my fault in less than three months later they never even sent me a letter I had to call and ask them when my renewal paperwork was and I said oh we’re cutting you off this month they just yank the contract from under me, so I also decided to cancel my renters policy well I called them back to reinstate my renters policy because my new insurance company is a third-party for renters and they said yeah we can do that it took them two months to say they reinstated it they were just trying to get me basically to quit messing with them and that’s how this company works so I highly recommend no one ever goes with regular State Farm unless you want your insurance taken without notice!"

"I've been using Greg Ellis - State Farm Insurance since July 2024, and my experience has been outstanding. One of the things I appreciate most is the flexible payment option — I don’t have to pay the full 6-month premium upfront; instead, I can pay month by month, which is very convenient. I also love how user-friendly the State Farm app is. I don’t need to carry a physical insurance card anymore — it’s all in the app, and I’ve even added it to my Apple Wallet for quick access. Most importantly, the service I’ve received from Greg Ellis and his team has been excellent. They are always responsive, whether it’s by phone call or text message. It’s clear they genuinely care about their clients. Highly recommended!"
